Africa does not have a talent problem. It has a business-of-talent problem. The Creative Business Academy for Africa exists to train the people who make creative careers happen — the managers, producers, publishers, brand-builders and deal-makers behind the work.
What CBA is
A 10-month, work-integrated academy across Music, Film and Fashion. Students join real companies — 12 Houses of 3 Chapters — and run real budgets, clear real rights, and put real work into the world with their names on it.
- 140 classes · 11 courses — the Integrated Core every School shares
- 4 languages — English, French, Portuguese, Swahili
- A real July release — cleared by Business Affairs, released to the public
- The AMEDI finale — showcase, Trade & Career Fair and graduation in Lagos
Who is behind it
CBA for Africa 2027 is a programme of the Creative Talent Foundation, facilitated by CIIFA Limited — built on a decade of creative education and a network of 1,500+ alumni already working across the industry.
How the year runs
Form & learn
February: students join their Houses, elect leaders, and start the Integrated Core alongside their School craft.
Build & relaease
The Houses operate as companies. By July, work is rights-clean and released — records, films, collections.
Prove & graduate
November: CBA for Africa Week in Lagos — showcase, combined Trade & Career Fair, and graduation with verifiable certificates.
