Talent is everywhere.
The business is the difference.
Africa does not have a talent problem. It has a business-of-talent problem. The Creative Business Academy for Africa exists to train the people who make creative careers happen — the managers, producers, publishers, brand-builders and deal-makers behind the work.
What CBA is
A 10-month, work-integrated academy across Music, Film and Fashion. Students join real companies — 12 Houses of 3 Chapters — and run real budgets, clear real rights, and put real work into the world with their names on it.
140 classes · 11 courses — the Integrated Core every School shares
4 languages — English, French, Portuguese, Swahili
A real July release — cleared by Business Affairs, released to the public
The AMEDI finale — showcase, Trade & Career Fair and graduation in Lagos
Who is behind it
CBA for Africa 2027 is a programme of the Creative Talent Foundation, facilitated by CIIFA Limited — built on a decade of creative education and a network of 1,500+ alumni already working across the industry.
