WAITLIST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Plain language, on purpose. These terms govern the waitlist, the discount, the slot deposit and refunds. The full Applicant Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice and Refund & Withdrawal Policy apply at registration.
1. THE FEE AND THE DISCOUNT
- The 2027 programme fee is ₦500,000 (US$500 diaspora) — a subsidised fee against the full programme value of ₦1,000,000.
- Joining the waitlist before registration opens on 31 August 2026 earns a 10% discount: you pay ₦450,000 (US$450 diaspora). You join by paying the deposit — the discount is earned when your deposit is received before that date.
- The discount is personal to the named registrant and applies to the 2027 cohort only. It cannot be combined with other discounts; scholarship awards supersede it.
2. THE DEPOSIT - HOW YOU JOIN
- The only way to join the waitlist is the ₦250,000 slot deposit (US$250 diaspora), paid via the payment instructions we email after you submit the form. Submitting the form alone does not hold a place.
- The balance of ₦200,000 is due by 31 October 2026. Slots with unpaid balances are released after that date, and the deposit is treated under the refund schedule below.
- Admission remains subject to the standard eligibility checks at registration (age 18+, identity, NDPR consent).
- Payment is made only through the official instructions we email you — never through this website, and we never ask for card PINs or passwords.
3. Refunds - the closer we get, the less comes back
All refunds are paid less non-recoverable deductions — bank transfer fees and payment-platform charges (typically 1.5–3% of the amount paid). Refunds go back to the account that paid, within 14 working days of an approved request. As the programme start (6 February 2027) draws near, seats become impossible to re-fill — so the refundable share steps down:

Transfer or defer instead: up to 31 January 2027, you may transfer your paid slot to one named person (who must meet eligibility) at no charge, or defer your payment once to the next cohort. After the cohort starts, the in-programme withdrawal terms in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy take over.
This schedule is part of the draft Refund & Withdrawal Policy and is subject to final legal review. If anything changes before you pay, the version you accepted at payment is the one that applies to you.
4. YOUR DATA
We process your details under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 solely for waitlist, admissions and programme communication — a programme of the Creative Talent Foundation, facilitated by CIIFA Limited. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time via info@creativetalentfoundation.org.
5. THE SMALL PRINT THAT MATTERS
- Your waitlist place exists once your deposit is received. It guarantees the discount and a reserved seat, subject to the standard eligibility checks at registration.
- Fees shown are for the 2027 cohort. Diaspora payments are made in US dollars at the stated flat rates.
- If CBA cancels the 2027 cohort outright, everything you paid is refunded in full, less the non-recoverable bank and payment-platform charges.
